Physician burnout levels and associated factors in The Covid-19 pandemic

Introduction: Burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment, is frequently observed in physicians. Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine burnout levels associated factors physicians during the pandemic. Material Method: This cross-sectional performed online with 288 from various fields Erzurum. Sociodemographic questions Maslach Burnout Inventory represented data collection tools. were collected May June 2021. Statistical analysis: Descriptive statistics, Student's t ANOVA tests And Multiple ordinal logistic regression analysis used. p values < 0.05 regarded as significant. Analysis on SPSS 22. Results: Physicians' mean accomplishment component scores 20.1 ± 8.3, 6.7 4.5, 21.1 respectively. showed that 49.7% exhibited moderate-high 35.8% high-moderate 69.8% signs accomplishment. Job title, regret concerning selecting medical profession, satisfaction working environment, number additional monthly out-of-hours shifts worked, regular sporting activity, assessment physical conditions environment emerged affecting components at analysis. Conclusion: participants' high. planning effective interventions addressing individual work-related a holistic approach essential halt rapidly growing epidemic.
